I grew up in a house that had real estate ringing through the air.  It was always my thought that I would one day join Debbie at Long and Foster.  I graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelors of Science degree.  I went on to work sales positions in the technology field for seven years.  While at Network Solutions I was a Partner Relations Manager, International Liaison and the Country Business Development Manager for North America (Canadian Territories) and South America.  In addition, I was Chairman of their Community Action Committee. We had a budget to initiate community projects while supporting groups and organizations in need within our surrounding communities.  The opportunity arose for me to join my mother and sister in real estate, forming the team of Deb Earman & Family.

I have been a licensed realtor for eight years.  Four of the last 8 years I have been a Million Dollar Producer, and as a team, we have sold between $25,000,000 and $32,000,000 a year since 2004.  I am highly versed in working with new buyers, resale clients of all price ranges and new homes contractors throughout the Northern Virginia area with real estate knowledge in several counties.

I have been assistant to Debbie Earman since July 2002.  I support the team coordinating the processing, scheduling, publishing and fullfilling the needs of our clients from contract signing to closing.  I also am licensed and work with our clients.

I was born and raised in the Vienna area.  My husband and I have happily chosen to stay in Vienna to raise our 3 children.  I graduated from Virginia Tech in 1992 with a BA in Art History.  I worked successfully in sales for an internet company for 3 years.  Prior to going into the internet field I worked for a title company facilitating real estate closings.  I was fortunate to join my mom and sister in 2002 to create Deb Earman and Family within Long and Foster Realtors in Vienna.
